Colorado Ear Care is a locally owned audiology practice providing expert hearing, tinnitus, and balance care across Colorado. Founded by Meredith Wilken, Au.D., and Matt Wilken, Au.D., our clinic brings over 20 years of combined clinical experience and a commitment to precise diagnosis and personalized care.

We are recognized as a Center of Specialty Care by the American Institute of Balance, making Colorado Ear Care the only clinic in the state to hold this designation. Our practice is equipped with the most advanced vestibular testing technology available, including the only rotary chair in Colorado, allowing us to accurately identify the root cause of dizziness, vertigo, and balance disorders.

Our services include comprehensive hearing tests, hearing loss treatment, hearing aid evaluations and fittings, tinnitus relief, pediatric audiology, custom earmolds, and advanced balance and vestibular care. We specialize in treating equilibrium disorders, Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), dizziness and imbalance, and concussion-related balance symptoms.

Colorado Ear Care proudly serves patients in Arvada, Castle Rock, Greeley, Lakewood, and Louisville, and offers leading hearing aid technology from Starkey Hearing Aids, Phonak, Oticon, Signia, GN Resound, and Widex.
